Overview

A message was sent from an MSISDN that is in the blacklist contact group of the subscriber in the CCI and it did not get blocked. There is also an MTOX rule configured for the service.

Solution

To solve the issue, you must set the BWL service configuration under the Recipient SSI to "T" (true).

Testing

Send the message again and check if it now gets blocked.
