Overview

You would like to set up a configuration for the Firewall Advanced Filters (FAF) to block SMS dispatch to international numbers, but when checking the 'Recipient TON=unknown' option you notice you are also blocking short numbers that were not supposed to be blocked.

Solution

Please raise a support request to the NewNet Support Team sharing your current FAF configuration and describing what you are trying to achieve. An agent will guide you to ensure you have the optimal configuration setup.
