Overview
You may be interested in requesting a managed software upgrade of the SMSC to a newer version, and would like to ensure that certain specific requirements are met, such as special software developments, changes in relation to the values that should reflect on the CDR, etc.
Information
In order to request a managed upgrade, please raise a Support ticket with all the relevant information, including the target version and any special requirements, and our Support agents will put you in contact with the Zephyrtel Professional Services Team to proceed with the upgrade.
Additionally, if a Timeline or MOP (including an Acceptance Test Procedure or validation document) for the upgrade procedure are required, please include this in your ticket, and our agents will ensure that this is provided once Professional Services has analyzed the request.
If you receive a request to perform an upgrade of the Lithium software, you will need to escalate it to Professional Services as per the NewNet Routing Table. Please make sure to include all relevant information and special requests by the customer.
