Overview

You generated a report of 500 “Top Spammers By Operator” and when you try to download the CSV file, you are getting HTTP ERROR 400 - “This page isn’t working” as shown below.

Solution

This issue is often caused by the size limit. The reports have a maximum size limit to avoid generating extremely large CSV/PDF files which would take a long time to generate/process. Instead of generating the report for 500 Top Spammers, you can try reducing the number to Top 100 Spammers and retry.
