Create a Special Blacklist that doesn't Receive Messages from SMPP Apps

Overview

You require feasibility and steps to execute the following service:

• Create a special Blacklist of B-numbers (recipients) who wouldn’t receive any message from SMPP Applications.
• Provisioning of this list would be via some API and not via MGR GUI
• Those recipient numbers should only stay in the Black List for a certain period of time (2 hours)

This request falls outside Support scope. You can contact your Account Manager who would better judge if this should be considered a new project and involve Pre-Sales in the case. This requires very specific configuration knowledge as per your requirement so that the possibilities are well analyzed.
