Overview
You are trying to access the Statistics page in the Mobile Messaging GUI LAB, but you are unable to do it and receive the following error message:
'Error: StatView::Error::Internal: Domain not found (domain '2') at /usr/TextPass/lib/perl5/StatView/StatsQuery/DisplayPeriod.pm line 1122.'
Solution
This issue likely requires the creation of the STV DB in the LAB. To confirm the issue and obtain support, please submit a ticket and provide the following:
- The Syslog file located at
/var/log/messages. - The backup of the MGR GUI (MGR dump), found at /var/TextPass/MGR/backup.
- The latest MGR error log file from the
/var/TextPass/MGR/logsdirectory. - The MGR changelogs: the tp_mgr_change_log.txt and tp_mgr_error_log.txt files that are located at
/var/TextPass/MGR/. - The status of this process: as a textpass user, please run
ps -ef | grep -i <process_name>, (with stv as process_name), e.g.,ps -ef | grep -i stvfor STV. - The output of the command
stv_self_test, as a textpass user.
