Can you grant users permissions to specific lists?

You may want to setup a permission scheme for users in NewNet such that certain users only have access to certain lists.

This is not possible in NewNet.  The finest level of granularity for user permissions with respect to lists, is simply access to Activate, Deactivate, Delete, Edit, Create new, or View lists in general.  There is no ability to specify these permissions for specific lists.
