Overview

You received a notification from the core side that MS is ready for SMS MT after a failed SMS due to an absent subscriber. Now you want to know if SMSC will start to deliver the MT upon notification regardless of the retrial schema that has been configured. 

Information

By default, a Service Center alert or application alert message for a certain recipient causes an immediate delivery attempt for this recipient. However, the behavior of switching between delivery schemas could also depend on whether the "Restart on new message" field is enabled or not.
