Overview

You are experiencing trouble starting the tp_mgrd process in Lithium RTR.

Solution

1. SSH login as textpass
2. Restart Lithium Processes
   • Stop all processes
     

     tp_stop 

   • Start all processes
     

     tp_start 

If mgrd does not start, please contact NewNet Support with the following information:

• Share the syslog
• Share the output of ps -ef
• Share the output of ping <IP of MGR>
• Share the output of ping <hostname of MGR>
