MO not being delivered after reaching RTR

Overview

You wish to know why MO is reaching the RTR but instead of being delivered at first attempt, it is stored with no displayed error cause. The message is not retried to be delivered. You encounter the following scenarios:

• The AT storage is abnormally high and delivery rate poor
• SMPP seen as not connected
• Links between RTR's are not established at SCTP level
• Intercommunication between textpass, ams, hub is not established

This problem may arise due to a hardware problem if you have had a disc replacement. Some cables might have been swapped as a result of the replacement. Fixing the cables at the correct place will solve the problem.
