Overview

You are trying to filter the subscriber logs in CCI by phone number, but you are not getting any results. You are using the Message Store option to perform this search.

Solution

Please note that in order to search and collect data from the LGP event logs, you should use the CS tool option not the Message Store tool.

The Message Store tool searches for stored messages on the AMS queue, not on the LGP logs. So if there are no messages stored on the AMS, you will not get an output while searching. The Message Store should be used to collect data from AMS, for the stored messages to the subscriber.
